Percheron Bank Barn

  • Accomodations for 250 guests in the barn and outside

William E. Levis Courtyard

  • Located in the central complex near the pavilion

  • Gazebo within the courtyard

  • Can accommodate 150 guests under the pavilion and 100 more within the courtyard

  • Adjacent to the game/theatre room

  • Commercial restrooms located nearby

  • Lighted courtyard and pavilion

Aviary Courtyard

  • Located adjacent to the central complex of the property and next to, but separated from the large courtyard and pavilion

  • Can accommodate up to 30 guests in the secluded, private courtyard

  • Immediately adjacent to theatre/game room and bar room for use during events

  • Commercial restrooms immediately adjacent

  • Decoratively Lighted courtyard provided

Portland Lake

  • 11 acre stocked lake

  • 3 acre site available for events/gatherings with access to the lake itself

  • Park benches located around he perimeter of the lake

  • Fire pit area

  • Catch and release fishing permitted

  • Small boats provided
